Checking in

Hi, everyone! I'm writing this on my phone in Nashville. I hope everyone is safe and unhurt.
We didn't have any damage but we have a garbage can full of rotten food :(
Just a reminder for 2A...the chapter 12 test will be on our first class meeting next week. As for everyone else, we'll continue where we left off. We'll finish chapter 21 in 1A, do 28-3 for 4A and 3B and 17-1 for 4B. We'll tackle chapter 13 in History 10 too. I'll give you a schedule when I find out what the $&#% is going on with the power restoration. I haven't a clue what to expect as far as the lost days are concerned, but I'd say this is a good (a *bad* kind of good) history lesson. We're learning first-hand about life without technology and the power of radio. I don't normally listen to Lite 98.9, but I've been glued to it since Wednesday night. No cell, no phone, no Internet or TV or appliances or lights or refrigeration...yuck.
Stay safe and don't eat any room temperature chicken!

Honors U.S. Chapter 19 PowerPoint/assignment

Link here!
Make sure you read through and make clear, concise notes on chapters 19 and 20--we will take a test on BOTH chapters the week after Spring Break, most likely on Wednesday if there's a good turnout next week. When we get back I expect to hear some questions concerning the material! We'll do a review, then tackle the test and get busy on chapter 21. We're running out of time and we have 4 chapters to cover!
